One Day Sale / Jupiter Lends a Hand ~ 31 Mar 2013

Actually, it’s not a joke, even though tomorrow is April Fools Day. And it’s actually not a one day sale. It’s a 36-hour long sale.

See, I’m working with a marketing person regarding some other online projects, unrelated to astrological work. This person thinks he has a clear grasp of astrological factors. He says that with the planets in Aries, added to April Fools hype, people will impulse buy whether concerned with the recent surge in the stock market and worries over the sequester and notwithstanding the fact that today is Easter.

Jupiter and Chiron are now squaring each another. Jupiter absolved Chiron’s pain. But to be set free from anguish, Chiron had to enter the underworld. For a person pushing life around, this means, get down and do the work. Does it hurt to exercise? Depends on what kind of shape a body is in. Is it painful to engage in a high-aura aerobic workout of the soul? Doesn’t matter. Here’s the pattern to get on with it.

The essence of the pattern is to contain, cleanse and consecrate any feelings of “not enough” and transform them into solid attributes. That’s Chiron’s wound. He perceived that he wasn’t loveable enough to be claimed by his parents. He wasn’t valid enough to be born properly on Mount Olympus. But he wasn’t handsome enough to meet his mother’s expectations. Did that stop him? No. Chiron went out and learned from the masters in all fields of study. They welcomed the dedicated, thirsty-for-knowledge student. Thus, he became renowned for his knowledge and widely sought for his healing abilities.

Even when Chiron fell into a most extreme “wrong place, wrong time” situation at the cave of Pholus when the centaurs attempted to plunder Pholus’ cave to steal sacred wine and he was wounded, still he was not doomed. But it’s important to note that Chiron suffered a life of unending pain until he realized he could approach Jupiter for relief.

One day, the feeling of “I’ve had it with this...” takes over. So a body begins to work out. An ego seeks out psychological fortification to lead to soul-based confidence. Every personal liability is transformed into an attribute. And those with chakra seeming to be firing one cylinder short, get rewired and amped. This is when one approaches Jupiter for relief. Anything that feels internally retrograde must redirect.

Sure, but how?

Use Jupiter, since he’s in the mix. Start with an “I get to be wrong about...” worksheet. Add things like: I get to be wrong about the fact that...

Even if you have a degree a potential employer won’t read your resume.

Only people from the valley (or insert an elite geographical region close to you) are allowed to attend a such and such event.

An outsider can never make it in film production, software development, painting murals for the city on contract, or lead a major campaign.

I don’t have enough experience.

I’m not smart enough.

Relationships never whatever they don’t.

Too old, too young... too obtuse.

Etc. Etc. Etc.

When done, tear that sheet up and burn it (safely). Cast the ashes to the wind or bury them.

Then, write down a replacement belief or three for each thought form you now disavow. Resetting the belief system works wonders for a jump start on confidence.

Then, create a three-year plan (based upon Jupiter taking three years to square itself, indicating another major revision in beliefs stemming from acquired life experience). Break the plan down into rough one year chunks. You can use the degree and minute of your own natal Jupiter as a base camp. In every sign it transits, roughly at a one year interval, Jupiter aspects your personal Jupiter. Or you can use the day you create new beliefs as your marker.

Then, locate your next major transiting Mars push. Establish that as your starting block. Take your position, head down, listen for the starter’s pistol. Off you go.

And if others say you’re a fool for thinking like this, thank them. Tomorrow is your day. Wave as you step off that precipice onto a new life course.

More soon.
